What level of SEO expertise do I need?
No SEO experience is required. Pathfinder is designed to be easy to follow as we break SEO into a series of digestible steps. We also include Office Hours and Skills Training sessions for SEO beginners.

For those more experienced with SEO, including marketing managers, web designers, and digital agencies, our training scales to advanced SEO strategies. We offer Office Hours and Mastermind sessions for advanced SEO and SEO professionals.

Can I follow a guided approach if my website is built on WordPress? How about Squarespace, Shopify, and other content management systems?
Yes, guided SEO and our training can be applied to websites built on any content management system.

Will I need a subscription to SEO software like Ahrefs, MozPro, or Semrush?
The best SEO software is free, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Places for Business. We suggest starting there. Down the road, you may add an SEO software that helps scan websites, track keyword rankings, and monitor for SEO best practices. We can make specific recommendations once we know your business, goals, and tech stack.

When are the weekly calls? Where are they held? Are they recorded?
We host 4-6 group calls per week. While based in the United States, we span time zones to ensure all members can access group coaching. If you don’t see times that work for you, please let us know so we can update our calendar accordingly.

The group calls are held on Circle, our membership platform. It’s very similar to joining a Zoom call.

The Skills Training sessions are recorded and available on demand. The Office Hours and Masterminds are not recorded so that members feel comfortable knowing their questions, and any data they share is private.

Do I get one-on-one coaching?
Our highest tier offering includes 1 x one-on-one coaching sessions each month. Sessions are an hour long. You can also purchase a coaching session a la carte at $150/hour.

Do coaching sessions roll over or accumulate?
One-on-one coaching sessions don’t roll over or accumulate.

What platform is Pathfinder SEO built on?
Pathfinder is built on Circle, a leading course and community platform.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
No problem. You can easily cancel your membership anytime.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade between tiers.
